Can I cancel my subscription any time?
PRO Monthly/Yearly: Yes, you can cancel your subscription any time. Your PRO subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. Just go to the settings page and click on "Cancel subscription". It works even if the next billing cycle is just around the corner.
PRO Prepaid: Prepaid is not a subscription. You can restock your credits any time on demand.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, you can get a refund within three days after your first payment if you used fewer than 10,000 words. Send us an email and we will refund your payment. Please let us know what you didn't like about the tool so we can improve it.
How can I get more words?
Add more seats in the checkout. Every seat will multiply your word limit. Example: Two seats will double your words. Please contact me to upgrade the seats of your existing PRO subscription.
PRO Prepaid: Just buy another pack whenever you feel like it (you can use multiple at the same time).
What payment methods do you offer?
You can pay with your credit card, PayPal, Google Pay (Chrome only), or Apple Pay (Safari only). We use Paddle as our payment processor.
Can I buy/use multiple plans at the same time?
Yes you can! You will be able to select which plan to use in your settings. You can cancel them seperately at any time. If one plan runs out of words, the system will automatically try to switch to another active plan.
How can I access the API?

Do unused words transfer into the next month?
PRO Monthly/Yearly: No, unused words will not be transferred into the next month. Used words will be reset to 0 on the first day of the next month if you use the subscription model.
PRO Prepaid: Use your words whenever you want within 24 months.
Is my data safe?
Yes, we do not save your input nor the resulting text. We do not use your input for machine learning, nor does our LLM API provider. The connection/transfer is encrypted at all times.
